i use 1/4inch hydraulic quick connects and i can disconnect them underpressure up to about 700psi with much dificulty

I do believe you mean without hehe. And what about your bleeder valve? What do you use for that?

the compressor hose is have is rated for 120psi but i tested it to 300 and it poped

Umm, So you are saying that you tested the 120 psi rated hose to 300 psi and it burst? I always thought that air fittings were rated 1/3 of the burst pressure of the material.

Maybe he mean the hose popped out of the fitting
