Are you sure? I'm fairly certain anyone trained to operate a gun (like the entire military) can figure out how to point and fire this hook launcher - in fact I think anyone trained in common sense can figure this out. There is nothing to it except assemble, aim, and fire.

Also, what makes you think that the military is only in Baghdad? There are members of our military in every country of the world for many separate reasons. Just because we have a war going on, it doesn't make the rest of our things stop.

(Side Note: I believe there are other attchments being developed like other types of hooks, spears and such, etc.)
