Well I'm fine with usin PVC but but it would be bad if every fitting blew off and shot seperate ways, it would be a giant grenade

The pipe will give before the fittings blow off. They are fused.

But if the fittings are not glued with good glue and doesn't bond right

Yeah that could be bad, they could fly back and hit you. Them 2" fittings are heavy... but I think shrapnel would be worse.

a quote by yourself said something about the strength deteriorating in the climates we live in... but even I still trust it to like 200 lol but I dont have a method to reach that high

The strength does not deteriorate the pipe just becomes brittle and i would never take it past 120

I can get my bike pump past 200, it is only rated to1 60 though

why can't you go higher pressure with your pellet gun?

did anyone suggest a guess as to what's going on in the case of the pvc cement, this thread has gotten way off topic.
I have a theory as to what's going on. As the cement ages most of the critical volatile ingredients evaporate. Some of those chemicals dissolve plastics and thin out the overall solution that's why the solution tends to dry into a thick goop and then eventually a solid. however the volatile chemicals also help to partially dissolve to help create a sort of chemical weld. with much of the volition components evaporated the solution is thicker and will behave more like cement and less like glue.
I think squishie is confusing the greater presence of thick solid as a sign of superior strength. Pvc cement creates a good bond in pvc pipe because it partially dissolves the pipe. the solidifying component mostly just makes this bond air tight, relying just on the solidifying component is like using cement and mortar to glue your pipe together
