Hey guys, i ran into a bit of an issue the other day, the bb's keep jamming up inside of my block, i have a shroud on it, i even made a longer shroud to help, the bbs just fit in, but i keep getting to many of them in there at a time, could my spring system be too powerfull and jamm to many bbs in at a time? I'm using the weakest spring i could find at lowes, i think they are 5 pounds to full compression, and i have 4 of them, they are about 2 inches longer than the main tube when the plunger is resting on the block.

I guess it could be the spring, could you post a picture of the block

Try smoothing the where the bb's enter the barrel, maybe they're jamming because it isn't clear.

Good Point, the barrel also could of gotten dented and is jamming that way

its not jamming in the barrel, or having issues entering the barrel, whenever i complress the spring and put the end cap on, too many bbs enter the block, before i even begin blowing air in.

Is the spring a new addition because the gun
was working fine in the video, is so just make your own weaker spring

no its not a new addition, but in the video i had far less bb's loaded, so not as much pressure could be applied.. I think i may have gotten it sorted out now, not completely sure though...

Do you have flat pieces covering the top half of the hole in the block? That usually helps the block not get completely full...

hey guys, I updated this a bit, It now runs on a propane rig. uses 1 pound disposable tanks to run it.. so much better then that big tank. Only problem is, the regulator i have doesnt recharge as fast as it did with air, so what i was thinking was to add the regulator before the hose, and add in an expansion chamber so more regulated air was available. Another problem I'm having is that sometimes, even though my gauge reads 100psi, the pressure is so extreme in the gun my end caps blow off lol. I'm not sure if this is from liquid propane entering the line or what. But i need some sort of system to attach the end caps to the gun more securely.
