They have 2 inch pressure rated crosses at lowes, and I got the idea from the 10 gallon cannon, I really like the stand, Im working on designing a smaller version of one.

hi guys... i was wondering if u could have a piston inside of a cross instead of a tee? i think it would work and u could have 2 chambers or...

Yep, a bunch of cross pistons have been made in the past. I have considered it, but decided not to. You really do not get greatly increased...

So heres what I got:
Barrel .5'' or 1''
chambers: APROX (1''x16'') each
Piston valve housed in a cross piece.... works juts like a t
Pilot... modded...

Last post

Ideally the maximum air speed through a pipe transition or orifice is Mach 1. I learned this studying a NASA site on the design of rocket nozzles....

This valve would be constructed using a Cross fitting any size would work and instead of the pilot valve releasing pressure it would apply pressure...

The point I'm trying to make is that the air is just gonna flow around the piston. It's like sticking a pole in the middle of a river.
