I couldn't find a picture of exactly what I mean but I am talking about those who take use of a standing shooter behind it and recoild to both his shoulders.

Sounds quite high, It can probably be shot with golf balls and such ammo though.
If I can manage to lift more after the gun I might make a suppressor from a 200l oil barrel, allways wanted to do that!

As to hearing loss, it should be simple to solve with some insulation behind the muzzlebrake. It should dampen the sound nicely.

On a side note: I just made my first piston hybrid from spare parts. No pilot valve or anything. First attempt failed but I will try more.
