Most of my guns I have sharpened the end of witch I'm loading the spud in. I have never tried any other methods of cutting the projectile down to size. I knew that having a tight fit would be the best performance when shoving it in. I never really understood how those different methods worked.. But then again I shoot different things then just spuds.
