At 160 psi that should give you more than one shot definitely. That enormous pilot volume isn't helping though, remember that after you pull the trigger and the piston fires, air has to rush past the piston from the chamber to refill the pilot area again so the piston can reset. Naturally if the pilot valve is still open this will never happen.

Have you tried upping the spring strength? Another thing I would try with the current setup is try and pilot directly with the schrader. You could also try attaching the schrader directly to the tee in order to cut down on pilot volume. It worked for me ;)

Not as comfortable as a blowgun but you could always make alever or hammer mechanism for it.

Yesterday i went and tried some test on my set up .
I found out the shrader itself could not actuate the piston inside.
so that cut the chances of it being a pilot .

As for upping the spring strength thats the only spring i got that fits well enough but tell me if this would work ...

Inside the piston housing, have behind the piston the spring then cutting a small piece of hollow pipe and inserting it behind the spring in order to push the spring and piston further forward. Would this work ?

Increasing the compression would certainly help.

what should i be working towards now?

i would like a semi auto with a blow gun or any type of "trigger" mechanism as for i already started making a stock.
