I think that cannon needs a longer barrel. The combined chamber volume (not including the elbows and such) are about 452cu in. The barrel is about 188cu in.
That equates to about a 2.4:1 C:B ratio.

chamber 3.14*2*2*18*2=452
barrel 3.14*1*1*60=188.4
