Why would you drill out the schrader valve? Dude it sounds like you don't know what you're doing, a pengun in the wrong hands is not good. Do you have any experience with pneumatics?

No no no If I didn't like the way the pengun worked. I'd drill out the schrader from the bb gun barrel so I can save it. Yes a bit I know what too do hehe :)

Heres a picture of the barrel trimmed and with tire valve on end which fit right around the bb gun barrel haha. Should be around 5 inches when finished

I use a bench grinder for mine with the schrader clamped in my drill chuck and spin it on the grinder and metal hair part untill it is nice and brassy and shiny.

This is what I used to sand it.

I had a drill press but I didn't use it :/

Here is what the valve looked like afterward.

Sorry the quality is bad. I'll put a better one up tomorrow. I left it at my school :/ .

Bench/Table sander. Does the table tilt so you can sand at a angle? Looks kinda old, but nice... 8)

Oh alright. No it doesn't just stays like that :( . I do have a bench grinder also (should of used.) ya it's gotta be 4+ years old. But hey it works good :) it liked to eat the metal on the valve like it was nothing haha.

Thanks :occasion5:

Looks like there is still a bunch of rubber on the valve, get it off so you can stick it all the way in.
