yea my grandparents are down in vic and are expecting posible flooding over not next couple of days
it was at 400psi, i pretty sure the cracking sound is from the cane, but im not really sure, cant actually remember how loud it is... ill have to test it tomorrow

hmm that sounds like it would be fun! i might do that but only if it isnt to expensive, i was thinking of getting a can of butane which would set me back only about $4

I can confirm that starting fluid makes fire, carb cleaner should as well, though a can of "start ya bastard" is around $12AUD.
With the butane, ensure you have a decent fire going first, the decompression could have an adverse effect on a small newspaper fire.

yea sounds a bit much for just a couple of seconds of fun, and yea i was thinking next time when i use butane i was going to have a couple of bits of burning paper one next to it and one maybe 1m away just to make sure because i shot a lighter with a couple of fire lighters next to it and they just went out
