I gotcha sae, but I expect hollow hot glue slugs wouldent hurt very much? Plus we play with armor on so it wont exactly HURT much.... A hollow glue slug would pretty much just crumple on you instead of punching through the skin....

Hot glue I highly doubt will actually crumple... but if they are simply slugs without any point, they shouldn't be too dangerous, even though I still don't advise it.

Of course they will have a point! No I am just kidding, they wont have a point on em, but if the walls of the slug are thin enough, it will crumple...

In regards to safety, the velocity of the projectile will need to be limited. Even paintballs at the speed many home built launcher can reach will shatter a paintball faceshield. If I can split open a can of soda pop with a marshmallow, anything solid at the same speed would most certainly be dangerous. Paintball has a legal limit of 300 FPS for a reason.

Ok, well then, looks like I cant use my rifle at a war... Gonna have to use it for a mortar or something...

Edit, I have found another use for it. Bolt action. I need some source of expanding rounds, that fit in 3/4" then expand into 1". Any ideas for that? Or any ideas for 1" barrels?
