YES, I FIXED IT. No need for pictures. I tested at 60 psi and I am now deaf.... This kinda sucks, but oh well. I am glad I got it fixed. I just stuck a spring inside, and it holds the seal down really tight and then I apply air pressure and then push the pilot then BANG.

uhmm just to clarify... did you fill it from the chamber side or the pilot side ?

You will never believe it, chamber side. I was fully expecting to have to fill pilot, but with the spring I can fill chamber. Which is what I wanted for the gun anyways.

ohh I was expecting that - your QEV was not broken at all - you just used the wrong port (well... one that needs a spring to work if you want to put it that way)

Actually its not gun freak, it dumps the entire damn chamber at once. There goes my plan for multiple shots but oh well. I tried filling pilot multiple times but it never worked, it just leaked.

I know it's dumping the whole chamber, that's what it's supposed to do

Well, I will remove it and try again, but I really don't want to have to.
It does not really seal at all without the spring. I think this one was made more for higher pressures and faster inputs.

keep the spring in there, fill he gun up and tap the blow gun valve with a hammer it should give you semi.

Thats my new problem. My pump broke, I took it apart and found out that the check valve forces its way into the part is is supposed to stop and gets stuck. I only just got it like 2 weeks ago, so I am going to return it.
