I can't say for sure if it was higher flow or not, but I know that it has a full 1" orifice.

i think it does, because it doesnt have that 90 degree turn.

Wow I think that has higher flow because it doesn't have all thoose turns in it like an inline... that's interesting... At first I thought it was a QEV until I read about it...

It should have better flow because of the less turns, and nice gun.I never wanted to paint my guns but now i think i might it looks really MEAN!Nice job so how far does it shoot?

After a lot of walking with my GPS I’ve found that it shoots about 900 – 1000 feet on average that’s at about 100psi.

that is a rainbird valve and i do think the right angle has a better flow due to less angles

I believe it's an older Orbit model. I've had the valve for at least 2 or 3 years now. It's defiantly not Rainbird or Lawn Gene. It's hard to say what it is because I drilled though the name on it when I was modding it, and I threw the box away a long time ago. Not to mention Home Depot doesn't carry it any more.

Man I love your gun soo much, I'm going to cut my big one down from 48" to 26" because even with a 10 foot of 2" barrel on mine 48" is WAY too big, GGDT suggest 23" for my chamber with a 10 foot of 2" barrel (based on shooting 100 gm)

GGDT suggest 13" for my chamber with a 4' of 2.5" (if tennis balls 56.6 gm)

Soo I'm still going to oversize it and make it 26", even though I'm never going to have 10' of 2" for my barrel sometime I might make a 3" barrel so I want the extra Ooomphh

Thanks man, I'm really happy with the way my cannon turned out. Some times I almost want to question GGDT, but I know its right. It says the optimal barrel length for my chamber is over 16’ FEET!

yeah, i usually find the perfect compromise between size and power when using the ggdt.

like on one design (imaginary ggdt) i cut off 25\" of 4\" barrel and gave up like 5-10 fps, not a bad compromise for such a large barrel.

I dont' think it would make much difference, although i've never used a 90 degree valve. It is still a diapragm actuated valve and i wouldn't see much of an advantage in that over an in-line valve, unless your gun's layout required a 90 degree valve for aesthetic purposes.

1. This is a dead topic please do not post in it.
2. There is an advantage to having an angle valve because there are less turns.
3. The valve is not diaphram actuated. It IS a diaphram valve.
