It´s very fine, but how are you going to make it? You probably need a CNC mill.

yeah i always overdesign my guns but this one isn't that hard a gravity fed bolt action bb gun

Hey guys i have a block of steel and some delrin lying around but i need a hammer valve design that will be functional at 3000 psi any ideas?

Which steel? Some steels are suitable for the application, sone aren't.

all my "off the shelf" parts are rated for that, the steel is what they machine special parts with its high carbon stuff they heat it with a torch when its machined and quench it.
