Jeremy, again, we DON'T have decent pvc tubes here. To make a decent stock the only material easy to work with is fiberglass but it's too expensive to use in big quantity. Wood is hard to work with without professional tools. I agree that the tape looks crap but there are worse. And at least he tried to make the gun ergonmic using very limited tools/materials, you did nothing, just pvc tubes.

The gun doesn't look that bad...
In fact, it have a sorta sci-fi flavour from the 40s :D
It certainly show some serious will to work on the aesthetic part of the gun, and I encourage that!

RJB, you showed us some skills with electrical tape, now you should practice a bit relationship with people. A different tone and attitude from the beginning would have got you very different answers, and people willing to help and offer advises instead of joke and sarcastic remarks.

Let's start again... shall we?

Unless your homes and buildings are plumed with square tubing.... i dont see why you would have any trouble finding "tubes"

You obviously have access to a CNC mill.... im sure you can find/get some tube stock.... The block looks great... the rest of the gun looks very...ghetto.

Ghetto or not, the most glaring fault is the 8mm ID barrel, I'd be amazed if BBs get more than a few feet away from the muzzle.

Can I make a suggestion :D

It also appears odd to have the block CNC machined and pay seemingly little attention to everything else. As cool as it looks, a similarly proportioned block made out of bondo will perform *exactly* the same.

Essentially, the only properly engineered item on this launcher is not only hidden from view but completely unnecessary.

If you have CNC facilities to hand, maybe with some help from the forum a much better BBMG can be put together that will not only perform better but also please the eye more.

we only have self-close pvc here, they are ugly difficult to use and with few variation of shape.
I think he wasn´t try to be cocky in the beginning, probably he didn´t wrote correctly(his english isn´t a big thing), and around here, few people knows spudguns, even between the few people that does, are just spray and pray with a coke bottle, he has a precise fuel meter and a solid aluminum chamber... so... anyway I apologize for the discommodity he may have caused, plz give him a new start, thx.
