You'll lose about 3-4 psi per shot, so after 15 shots or so the tank will be down to 50 psi, good enough for decent power but significantly different from when you started.

They fire extinguisher you linked, is roughly $33 if you go down to you hardware store you can pick the same type up for $20.
My multishot gets about 10-15 (Good) shots, dropping about 4-5 psi per shot

Hit the local fire extinguisher service place. You can often get obsolete tanks for free or at scrap metal prices.

It reminds me... 6 years ago, i made a small UHU glue-stick combustion cannon. I wanted to shoot my friend at the breaks between classes. So, shooting rolled paper balls didn't seem painfull. So i tried it on myself with a rolled-up chewing gum paper.
Well... how to say it....
Point blank (i mean like 1" from my belly) did hurt. A LOT. I got a nice little purple , bloody button that lasted for almost 2 weeks.
So in the eventuality that you want to shoot living pop-cans, do try it on yourself first.
Also, what you're asking depend on your barrel lentgh, valve, pilot, temperature, etc...
Technician pointed it out (and he's got the most badass marshmallow shooter in here if i'm not mistaking) , even a soft and delicious marshmallow can become a very nasty little prick.
