hey my friend has a stun gun hand held one that has two prongs and the current goes thru both barbs like lightening ANYWAYS my roommate was popping in off while he was away and it stopped working even with a new battery change 9 volt..any suggestions welcome please ..i have checked the batterys

Not something you can really diagnose online, have you taken it apart to see if the board looks fried?

Or, another likely problem is that the internal gap is cooked. Hook a piece of wire to one of the electrodes and bring it near the other and try to fire it. If a spark jumps the smaller gap then the problem is probably the internal gap.
