New test, but that the PAL is assembled and glued.
The barrel is made of PVC-P with holes D14mm, covered with transparent polycarbonate.
The rupture disc is aluminum, 7 sheets total, approximately 0.2mm, I did in snitch because I've never used aluminum sheets ... too thick? not enough?
The noise was terrible, a gunshot!

very nice, look quite a bit different to the combustion, if you can put the disc in and fill with air until they burst then you will know if you need more.

This is what I do to test my steel discs!
I think the thickness is correct because the combustion is complete when the disc breaks.

To make a Mix1.5 or it will be more complicated because I put the fuel with a syringe fitted with a hose via the union.
The chamber is not obvious breakthrough of pressurize ...

Here I finished Pyson, this is my last spudgun.
I made several PAC, a hybrid and I end with a PAL original and rather nice.

Material: PVC and polycarbonate-P
Barrel diameter: 34mm
Barrel length: 100cm

Barrel screwed to put a rupture disk: Leaves Alu - 8 layers -
Special feature: Holes 150mm 14mm all covered by a transparent polycarbonate tube to see the flames and "follow" the projectile along the barrel.
