Bondo's kind of expenisve... I'd buy a bunch of hot glue sticks and melt them in a crappy pan or something and pour them in, then you can lube in with lithium soap\grease and wala, perfect seal, kind of ....

Bondo wears down in vortex BBMG's so I'm sure it would wear out in a piston too....

I don't care cuz I use my friends.

better not let that hot glue piston gun sit in the sun too long though. it will start to melt. i made my piston out of epoxy.

Bondo wears down in BBMGs because it has metal bb flying though it at high speed its kind of like sand blasting it. I don't think it would wear down any more than anything else as a piston.
