ty but i dont really need the length for your cannon it also doesnt use traditional methods of making a meter, but ty for the input. Can anyone calculate the lengths for a 14" chamber?

A 2" difference is not going to make much of a difference when it comes to your cannon performance. Just make sure you adjust you metering pipe for whichever you choose.
Also check out this regulator from surplus center its only $19.95 with a gauge and all.

$20 for a reg isn't very cheap... I can get them brand new on ebaY for about $10 + ship
Or at my local Harbor Tool and Freight (I'm not sure if same as Harbor Freight) for $8 + tax and they do at least 300 psi to 0 psi
I'd just find the cheapest pipe and type the Inner Diameter of it into the fuel tool and it tells you how long to use....
If you making your first fuel meter, I'd use a regulator, 2 ball valves, a meter pipe, and a disposable propane head instead of buying a torch head and threading it...
A good regulator setting is 35psi, put this into the Fuel calculator tool
The best researched Propane percentage is 4.2%, put that in also
If you are going to use MAPP all the time put 4.6% in for fuel instead of 4.2%
