Best Way to cut O-Ring Grooves

Angle iron isnt required, just a cool texture I decided to slap on there. It can be simple as two peices of wood and screwed together to make a 90 degree angle. Although if a table saw, that is a god-send and it works, although your groove is limited to 1/8" and larger, secondly the bottom of the goove in the center "pyramids" up due to the teeths position on the blade.
