JSR, what the **** are you coming to say that my help request is a juvenile question?

Totally not cool man..
Are you serious?
You ASKED for a tutorial. Stop and think a minute...I realize it might be asking a lot of you, doesn't appear to be much wattage in your light bulb, but give it a try just the same.
WHERE...WHERE...on this forum do you SUPPOSE you MIGHT find a tutorial that tells you HOW TO do something?
Think hard little dim bulb.
And BTW...please stop double and triple posting...you have the ability to edit your posts to include other information...use it.

Regulators are probably tough to make yourself without a lathe and other tools, but if you really want to, here's a diagram of how a regulator works.

iloveairguns, this was your initial post:
And i need a simple valve for the gun, any tutorials? and the whole gun, i need info on that too. cus i dont know the valve thingies..... and stuff
That is the equivalent of going on a car forum and asking "LOL how does I engine?", and is undeniably juvenile.
I'm guessing you're pretty young, so perhaps being juvenile is your prerogative, but if you fail to demonstrate even the ability to ask coherent questions or do some basic research, people will come to to the conclusion that their advice will most likely fall on deaf or incompetent ears and therefore withhold it.

I was going to post this but I thought flaming was not going to help change attitudes. Still, what the heck

This seems too obvious...
Maybe it's a joke.
Or a test...
