pneumatic locksmithing?

So why does your mother have a sprung latch with a key slot on both sides?

If it's not sprung how was it locked with the key on the inside?

If it is sprung with a key slot both sides it can happen again, replace it with a nightlatch which only needs a key from the outside. From the inside its a knob or lever operated by hand.

As the individual who spawned me, do you expect her to be in any way normal?

She was using the inside key slot as a key holder, needless to say it's been taped over :)

How about a dab of super glue on a paper clip?

You can super glue the paper clip to the key inside and pull it out once the glue hardens

No, no, not, Whoa044.

JSR is not a super-glue man. It's epoxy or nothing!! :D

We locked our car keys in our car the other week. Pain in the rear getting them out again.

I had to break into a car once when my colleague managed to lock her keys inside, something every man should do before he dies methinks :)
