accually batfe law says it's legal to mix binary explosive aslong as you do it on site on your property ie. mix at you blast site. you have to have a batfe license to transport explosives, and hey if you are like me just go out to the middle of the desert on state land set aside for off-roading. biggest ones I mix are 2kg I am not sure what type of license you need, ask a batfe agent I'm not sure how you do that. you can get one as long as you are 21 or over,not a criminal,and not a druggie you can get one. I am none of the three but when I turn 21 I am going to get one. I have a criminal record but it's a misdomener I am not sure what the charges were but my gay as neighbor called the cops on me when I was 10, because I accidentaly broke his windo with a rock trying to hit a bird sitting on top of it. At least I didn't shoot it out with a bb gun, accually if I used by bb gun (I had one then) I would've hit the damn bird
