I don't get how the one on advancedspuds.com stays on the barrel without glue. Hose Clamps?

Isn't it held in place by friction with the barrel?

one time i tried to hold in my barrel with friction... i ended up shoting off the hole barrel, so i dout its held in with friction.

But the pressure wave isn't travelling in a direction to slide the silencer off the barrel, it is mostly being directed perpendicular from the holes (straight out).

i think the friction from the projectile is what shot off my barrel
