0.177" rifled barrels are fairly easy to come by on airgun forums.

Started the conversion to pellet, bracket at the front end to support the barrel and the collar that is going to lock the barrel in place. Cut out a piece of 3/4" aluminium with a hole saw then polished it in a drill

That's quite a result with basic tools, honestly I'm amazed that someone with your aptitude hasn't invested in a proper lathe and mill yet...

So I dug this one out of my storage box and gave it another go. It didn't work as a 4.5mm BB pistol and I didn't wan't another pellet gun or airsoft so I made it 10mm Made a bigger chamber and changed the barrel

So its final iteration, it has transformed into a Nerf Rival single shot muzzle loading. Fake magazine is just for holding spare balls.
