You're missing my point! I'm not saying that the air flow created by the wheel would be significant in any way.
im probably wrong but anyway, wouldnt the blades spinning creat enough air so that would eleminate the air compressor all together?
I'm just saying that the air flow from the blades wouldn't replace an air compressor if you should so choose to use one.

the blades dont create airflow -- it uses the centrifugal energy from them and pushes them out of the barrel
