Damn... If your going to argue and flip shit I would expect to be over something a little more "contreversial" or a "hot" topic. Theres a supah valve, not one messy part on it, completely clean, <strike>master machinist</strike> <b>he has no formal training</b> made. It has <strike>perfectly aligned</strike> <b>are you blind?</b> screws drilled into perfectly round pvc stock <b>(oh, that's an accomplishment an a lathe...)</b>, a perfectly clean tee, threaded inlets and outlets for easy changing. <strike>Some insanely superior design on the inside that anyone has figured out yet or atleast has posted. </strike>

Not only is it 2", there is only one 90 degree turn, <strike>instead of a 180 degree turn</strike> <b>acctualy, it was 360*</b> (as in your old sprinkler-valve-homemade-valve-thing.

There is no reason not to have a 1/2" valve you'll get <strike>twice</strike> <b>four times</b> the flow of a 1/4" valve.

1. I'm asking a question, not saying that I will sell them.
2. People buy a 3" piston valve for $115, why not 2" for 50 or 60? I was just setting a random price here, not saying that I'd charge that much if I do sell them.
3. I don't have any pics of my finished one because it is not finished because I have been gone for a week.
4. I use solid 2" Delrin that can hold over 500 psi.
5. A 1/4" ball valve here is $5.99, a 1/2" one is $2.99.

OK, I just thought of a way to make it clean, cheap, easy, and reliable. I have all the parts but I am leaving again tomorrow for 8 days. The price will be $50 for anyone who would want to buy. PCGUY will also get $5 for every valve bought.

Make sure to give SEVERAL pictures as well, so that we can really get an idea of how this valve looks. I bet you already know this, but try to make the "showcase" valve of which pictures will be posted on this website look as clean as possible.

Also, I doubt people will buy valves from you with a port smaller than the max. No offense or anything, but A 2" tee valve with just 1/2" porting is not that great a deal.

$60 may seem like a lot of money (because it is ), but if you make a nice, clean, chamber sealing valve with 1.5" ports all around, you should be able to yield some business. However, I recommed that you drop the price by $15-$20 to actually get real business

if it cost you more than 20 to make, you should find another place to buy parts.

No, I just use good quality stuff, for example, the piston can hold 300+ psi and it's over a dollar per inch.
