Yes but you need rubber on the face.

No No No You Are ALL Wrong

It is not a wheel for anything. Mental please don't argue with me. I mechiened this myself as a replacement part for one I broke in a tree stump(hint). I bought the bearings for the exact purpous and they are not even the same size as skate board bearings
