yes i saw that picture of that exact rifle somewhere, but i dont think it was at that web address. i did pretty much the exact same thing exept for the stock and some of the parts i used were different.

What the f*ck Gorrila?! Who cares if he did? Also if he did an exact copy he would be dead because that person uses abs As the pressure chamber and pumped it up to 240 psi which i believe is load of shit but whatever.

basically his version is alot better.
140 psi?
That isn't puching it.
Pvc is rated alot more than that.

This is a really good looking gun. Initially I planned to build a gun similar like this, but went for a typical U shaped PVC one out of laziness. The muzzle velocity is impressive! Is there any reason why you chose a PVC pressure chamber over copper, like the elbows? Very nicely crafted stock too.

Its called homework and planning. You need to learn to do things yourself somewere.Do a little bit of reserch and even go to a hardwear store, mitre 10,bunnings what ever and fit a few pieces together and then buy them always works for me.

Ohh and nice cannon.

Can you tell me how the spring works?

by Deactivated 1
The tension in the spring causes the ball valve to snap open when it is not held in place by the trigger mechanism. This has the same effect as opening a ball valve normally, except it should open somewhat faster than if a feeble human like you or I were to try and open it quickly by hand.

I really hope joe blogs comes back soon, I want some extra info on his gun. Does anyone else find 660fps really damn fast for a ball-valve actuation gun of such small dimensions?

hehe, it's realy fast, and I dont believe it. It is possible with a piston valve, triggered by a balvalve though. When I can believe GGDT, my gun shoots a marble of 25 mm (big marble) at a speed of 580 fps, wich is realy fast and hard, at a presure of 250 psi. With my normal marbles (16 mm) it reaches a speed over 700 fps according the GGDT.

I can put the sound speed files for you guys to download if you want. (just to prove that it fires around 680 fps) They are in audicity file type so you will probably have to download that free program. Just give me a couple of days to find the files and post them.
