Umm, just wondering, if you fill with air on the barrel end of the piston, wont that open it? Just wondering

I noticed that too Cyanite, how can the piston stay sealed on the barrel of the UZI? The Schrader is on the handle part which as air is put in would just open it correct? Unless that thing is possibly a spring behind it. Havn't had experience with that so not sure how it would work.
