Maybe you should sign up on spudtech, tough I don't think you need to be registered to just browse. You can learn way more on their than you prolly ever could on here.

ZOMF! those diagrams make it so easy! I'm so happy, my life is complete.
OK so you use an air fill valve to fill it, but i didn't see one on this one?

Well, washers on the sealing face make a great improvement, the seal no longer sticks or trys to pull the piston back forward, now all I need is a 1" plug and a threaded schrader.
