I tried to upload some pics, I will try again. I went out and got a6" to 4" bushing, and a 6" coupler, and some glue yesterday. $23 bucks. and the tee I will be ordering is $21 dollars (that includes shipping). ok, I will try to upload some pics now.

Hum.
I don't think its the recoil as much as the fact that you have a long unsupported barrel.
If the barrel was clamped to something something solid and attached to the rest of the cannon at intervals it wouldn't be able to flex upwards on firing. As it is, if you try to fire it from a fixed position the barrel tries to fly up from the recoil as the projectile flies up the barrel.
The other way of avoiding the barrel breaking is letting it recoil but I think that wastes firing energy.
Anyways, hope you can get it fixed up soon

I'm going to put a tie down strap over the barrel and around the chambers, like on the mega laucher, when it's finished to hold the barrel from flexing up. I usually let it recoil, but I forgot to push it back into place before this shot. thanks for the advice.
