First of all, don't use squad busters, use Big boy grenades or make your own:

You might want to look here:

And here:
http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/viewtop ... 47&start=0& ,this is schmanman's swat gun. There was anotherone similar that was used in paintball games but I can't find it.

Thanks, I'm using balloons with paint in them though, and my secret ingredient. Baby powder. Ishnt anyone going to ask what that's for?
EDIT: Has anyone other than me noticed that Heavy and artillery are spelt wrong in the title?

The human mind reads words by reconizing the first and last letter. Just thought I would let you know.
Flour is cheaper than baby powder you know. Did you see the make your own grenades page, it is really good. I make my own.

Ya i'm reading it thouroughly although I've read like 5 of those already, and watched a movie of it, one downside to having a lack of construction materials is that you do your research, unlike my friend who's parents will take him anywhere(He made his out of abs and almost lost his hair a few times due to idiocy and forgetting to air out the chamber) I'm building a pnuematic incase anyone wanted to know. I've got a few Ideas for a revolutionary new silent piston valve.
EDIT: I meant to say upside

yeah, I want to use the swat gun as a paintball mortar. It would be impossible for the other team to win capture the flag.
demon,
the other one you are thinking of is the "scorpion class platform". yeah, it looks better, and would fill quicker, but would not be able to cover several acres with paintballs at the same time (I can, I've tried)
see, paintball mortar.

No it wasn't that schmanman, it was like an artillary cannon, really big. I faintly remember it. The guy said he used it four times a tear in scenarios.
Andrew, look around the cannon sections some more, at the older cannons. You will find a lot of good examples of what you want. I think it might be better for you to make a combustion if you want to carry it around. With the right set up you could get a fastish rate of fire, faster than a basic pneumatic anyway.

Make your own paint grenades for a few bucks. All u need is some surgical tubing, some zip ties, a suringe and some washable crayola paint (by the way u buy the paint in gallon jugs).

I don't care about rate of fire as long as I can get 1 shot every ten minutes, which I think is perfectly achievable
EDIT: i'm using a stationary diesel powered compressor.

how many cfm? Is it one of those huge ones they tow behind cars, and use on construction sites for jackhammers and stuff? build a huge cannon, to use as a mortar.

not that many cfm, but a huge air reservoir, so i could fill it from that..

how big is the motor? the reservoir?

It'd be a 3 hp motor and a 120-ish gallon reservoir (used hot water tank) on the compressor,

Uno this is like the only thread I've read that hasn't been flamed yet. Maybe it's because we're accomplishing nothing
