brakline could probably hold it as its make for hydraulics which go to very high pressures i dont know how high a brake system goes. yellow brass is rated to 1500 psi iirc i have no idea on copper depend on what kind of copper at least 300psi

Eh... copper tubing that small can take well over 1000psi.

I doubt it. I wouldn't trust copper to pressure that high, and definately not brakeline, considering it's wall thickness is .016."
Oops, second page. Hotwired probably knows more than I do about copper, I find it too expensive to be of any use to me.

My bb runs @ 80psi with 5mm bb's. The Barrel is about 60cm long and with about 800cc tank i get 100m/s. Mine is a little different than a normal single shot as it has multiple valves etc and can only be used on compressed air.
That sort of volume is what i would call 'pumpable' however. If you want to run lower pressure for the same velocity you need a longer barrel and more air to give it time to accellerate the bb.
