I wasn't going to comment on it but I have to. I made this creation. If I wanted to call it "The Turd" I could. Is it a turd? No. Ok, but for whatever reason I saw fit, I named it what I did. Your tag states you are a colonel. Are you indeed one? If you are not, yet that is what your feel you identify with, what business is it of mine? NONE. So, I'm glad you enjoyed my whatever you want to call it.

Oh, well yeah, if it qualifies as a “precision rifle”.
But the “black widow sniper(ouch)” isn’t even a rifle, it’s a smoothbore cannon, or a shoulder fired, propane powered, projectile launcher, it’s not going to get half inch groups at five hundred or more yards! (joke intended) now if he, or anybody else that call’s their pneumatic or combustion arm a “sniper”, can show me a picture of a target with a group smaller than an inch and has written proof signed by an attorney that he made those shots from a range grater than eighty-eight point eight yards, then I’d have absolutely no problem with them calling it a “precision rifle” so long as it was rifled. (If you’re wondering why eighty-eight point eight yards, I like that number, y’all got a problem with that number????)
Sir, if you don't have anything positive or constructive to say please move on to another thread. I didn't create or name this so that I could appease one man's additude problem. If you don't like it, tough, move on and quit wasting peoples time whose minds aren't so narrow. Good day

Yeah, sorry, Sruggles, I’m not mad at you, just mildly annoyed. Call it what you like, but because you call it something doesn’t make it right, I could call a massive rabid grizzly bear bearing down on me “kitty”, but that’s just plain dumb, I’d want my last words to be cooler then “KITTY!!!”…
Furthermore, I am a colonel, on Spudfiles, I didn’t choose my rank it was appointed. And as such you are a private, there for as your superior officer I command you to change the name of your cannon! No I’m kidding, like I said call what you like.
Besides if I did chose my rank I’d be the Gunny HOO-RA!!!
now, DROP AND GIVE ME TWENTY MAGGOT!!!!
Edit: just so it’s clear, I’m joking with you.
Its good to see somebody put some work in to one of these, nice job.
And sorry for getting WAY off subject.

LOL..... Can't we all just get along!!
No offense taken. As you can see, I have a pretty dry sarcastic sense of humor. Rarely would I ever be offended. We are all free to think and speak as we will yes?

Very cool gun. Thats kind of what I've had in mind for a propane injected gun. I've made spud cannons before but never a cool propane injected one. I'm new so could someone please explain how to mount a chamber fan? This may be a really stupid thought but it seems like the pressure from combustion would destroy it.

Well Sam, I'm sure if you searched this site you will find many variations of fan mounts. I will tell you that your fan is in no danger as the heat dissipates so fast it doesn't have a chance to do any damage. Not trying to be rude, but most of the people here get really annoyed by people asking questions when all the information you could ever want to know is already listed somewhere on this site for you to find. Just a friendly tip. And thanks for the compliment!

judgment_arms wrote:Grr… how many times do I need to explain that a “sniper” is a person, not a type of arm? Are YOU, or have you been, a sniper, or a sharp shooter, in a military, or militia? If so call it a “sniper’s cannon”, but just plain sniper shows an utter lake of knowledge. I can’t believe I’m going to say thins but, I’d rather you call it a “sniper rifle” (that actually hurt…) because at that at least makes a little sense! But if you’re not a sniper then call it “the Black Widow Cannon” or just plain “Black Widow”, both of which, in my opinion, sound good.
I will say that that is a very nice looking cannon. I like the paint job, spider’s a nice touch, and the red switch on the circuit box makes me think of the big red “do not push!” button! (Why do they even bother with a big red “do not push!” button, all it does is make people want to push it?)
You know, If you are going to be ragging on someone about them calling a cannon a "sniper" you should at least be grammatically correct in doing so. Also something that really doesn't make sense is "because at that at least makes a little sense." P.S. I can't believe that you said thins either.

That sounds like a fair challenge to me.
Does it have to be an attorney though? - that won't be cheap.
