The topic's been debated here, several times. Look around some more, it's not that hard to find stuff.

Well i was going to build it PVC, but there is no PVC watsoever at my Reno Depot in Montreal... SO thats why it took ABS....
Just to verify.... UP to what PSI do u guys think i am safe? Its not cellular core. And as i have said i have already pumped 32 PSI in it.

Get a long hose, attach it to the gun, attach the other end to a schrader valve, hide behind a tree, and pump until it explodes. Then you know the limit, stay about 50 psi below that.

k thx, i wont do the experiment, lol........ but i will stay at about 45 psi for my shots...

would a 4 ft barrel of 2in and a 1.5 ft chamber of 3 in make a nice ratio and good muzzle velocities i suck at ratios

Try to find one for ABS. There are a few, but they do tend to split out, but rarely.
Hearing protection is a good idea for all air cannons.
I do recommend properly pressure testing any air cannon regardless of the construction materials. I pressure test annualy and work well under the test pressure.
