We could go out of our way and design a chamber that is not cylindrical and maximizes combustion to it's limits.
Or design a new type of ignition system that ignites the fuel all at once.
Or Create a new type of valve.

well each member will have an ignitor system, another member the blast chamber, another member a gas system, another member a barrel system.
so yes in the end there will be around 5 member but i will start with 10 or 15 and find the best for the team.

I find this a bad idea.
Each person will want to design a part that works with another part tehy design.
Such as an ignition that requires a certain type of chamber or something.
Maybe if their was 2 or 3 guys hanging out in a basement with a sketch pad.

Uh huh. Right.
I can see 3 people in a bedroom or basement working fine. (Does for me. A lot of my ideas are discussed with my brother to iron out problems.)
Half a dozen to two dozen people from all over the place (possibly from different countries) wouldn't.
