I made a metering pipe for my cannon, What I used for my configuration which is a 4" x 19 3/4" chamber. My meter pipe is about 8" long 3/4" ID Black pipe with a regulator and a 3/4" ball valve between the regulator and the pipe, a tire chuck for the end ball valve. It's not attached to the gun but it makes it easier to carry the gun. Well mabe a pic might help but every one builds them differently, but I hope this helps. Believe it or not this thing cost me about 75 dollars to make. Sorry for the small pic (camera Phone)

Sooooo sgort 87.....Is a regulator really necessary if I follow BC's instructions and just put a pressure gauge into it??

Regulators will automatically set the pressure every time. You wont have to watch the gauge and stop the valve yourself. Just spend the extra 10 bucks for something that will work a whole lot better.

EDIT: K I calculated it out...Here is what I came up with...Let me know if I did it correct please....
152.550*.042= 6.4071 cubic inches of propane needed...
1.2"x4" meter........Volume= 3.14 cubic inches
(6.4071*14.43)/3.14= 29.44 psi
I just want you to check it because that seems like so little pressure.....But it's right........Just compared to yours it seems like so little...
