If you are going to make "pycrete" why wouldnt you just build a jig to make multiple rounds instead of subjecting your barrel to the temperature changes of going from the freezer to the fryer that is your combustion chamber. Even if it isnt a combustion gun still I wouldn't do that to a barrel.
