Veginator, that's impossible to say, it all depends on the wood.
Mac/pistol man, probably, I've only made one, and it sucked, so I scrapped it.
Goathunter, that will probably slow it down some, but to lower ROF more, just put shrouds on, and keep lowering or raising them to allow less or more BBs into the block, therefore changing ROF
