Hey sorry to enter this a bit late, but what gun were you talking about basing yours off of?

Sorry just found it.

if you mean the The actual cannon i'm roughly basing it of FreakyShotGLass's Ultimate Aussie Plinker and then i build it into a stock of a rifle.(I'm going to put it in Arctic Camo) :D

Yeah i like the look of riffles with wooden stocks but these days they dont use em coz wood has a tendancy to break over time. now they use composites like plastics or kevlar!
I like your idears mate lets see it finished!

thanks bubba,

I'm just concerned about the pressure in the chamber if it will be large enough i guess with pressure rated pvc i could have it up to 100 psi

Thanks.

I think the AI would look the best for the replica, because I reckon the stock looks way better than the others.
This is the action that i will build onto a furniture and stock. Please comment on how i can improe it
You could make it magazine-fed from the bottom for an added challenge/touch of realism. (if you're doing the AI)

I would go with the Belgium gun because of the good looks with or without the retractable bipods

Which way are you planning on loading the gun: through the bolt or at the muzzle? Also what are you firing? If you are doing 6mm metal bbs then it would be easy to make a magazine for your gun. I would go witha copper barrel because it can hold more pressure in less space, and if you want even more power you could use helium.

use a .251 inch ID stainless steel barrel from mcmaster and .25 inch high-polish steel ball bearings......

and for the air chamber, get a used Airsource tank from a bb gun..... and make sure you have a high-pressure rated valve. most .25 cal airguns cost 600-800 bucks, so if oyu spend 200 on this thing youre doing well....

i want to see this, mostly because my parents wont let me make one.......

You could go with a stainless steel, metal, aluminium chamber? Then you would deffanatly be able to hold 100 + psi?
