yeah, it might work, but it depends on how big of a chamber you are trying to pressurize. And it can work with a schrader valve.

You know, you could always just buy a power inverter for your car and use your regular air compressor. I have a 1500 watt one mounted in my car which works fine, and i just run the engine every ten minutes or so for a while to charge the battery.

Expensive and loud, but very fast and efficient.
What about one of those small compressors used for air brushing?

umm it look like it plugs into he wall....
