Yeah, I have almost nothing planned this summer. Maybe if I can squeeze a "research loan" out of my parents I can build my marble rifle in time for it.

Hmm well a suggestion to toss around I used to live near Lake Ray Hubbard and there was a lot of empty space behind my neighborhood (look to the northeast) , but last time I was there houses were popping up like weeds.

here is what I was talking about.

Just a suggestion btw.

I don't know of many houses that pop up in the lake, so if we could find a spot of waterfront that would be awesome, just shoot out into the water I suppose.

Edit: That's a 200 mile trip, 400 both ways. I'd be willing to do that. Probably a ~3 hour drive.

Yeah a lot of the land along the lake is public land, I used to go down there and mess around all the time. It's about an hour's drive for me.

Well me and Modder should be ablre to make it. it would be about a 3 hour treck both ways, totally doable. so is that all systems go?

Edit: that location sounds good to me. would we be able to camp there?

I've got a big-ass 10 person tent that can seperate into three rooms. Thought I'd throw that in there.

We need to start borrow-taking a quarter of a tank from your mom's surburban every time she fills up. Horde it away.

Hell with that, well just borrow-take that damn 'burban!

I Also have a 10 man tent that seperates into 3 rooms so i think we have living quarters for the meet. i could bring a small propan stove for cooking unless were just gonna go eat those few days.

Well I did some searching for campgrounds and it says there are no camping *facilities* but that probably doesn't mean we can't camp somewhere near there. There's a lot of open space around there.

Now I get to ask my parents :?

No camping facilities just means that there isnt running water or electricity or bathrooms. i guess theoretically we could still camp there
