You could, yes. It would be possible to have a pneumatic with a modded valve, then a bypass around that with a ball valve that you could open for combustion use. It wouldn't be pretty, but it would work.

Or you coule use a triggered burst disk cannon as a pneumatic or combustion. If you set up the unions right you could just take out the middle section when your ready to use it as a combustion.

Yea, but you'd have to have two different types of burst disks I would think. Combustions usually operate at lower pressures than Peumatics, so you'd want a weaker disk for the combustion. Or you could trigger the combustion, then open a sprinkler alve, though I'm not entirely convinced that would work.

If you had coaxial cannon with a threaded assembly for the valve, you could simply stick in a ignitor, then remove the diaphragm/piston and just unscrew the pilot end to fuel. Or, if you have a ball valve, you could fuel without ever unscrewing it, no? Then the problem is the chamber to barrel ratios. a 2:1 combustion would be an inefficient piece of garbage, and a 0.8:1 pneumatic would be quite loud at 100 psi. Although if you were going to have a combustion anyways, noise would not be a problem. :confused2:

Whoa, thats awesome, could you post your plans for that? Ive been trying to figure out how i should build my second combustion cannon(my first is just a simple 4in chamber, 2in barrel bazzoka, but its kinda big and hard to bring places.) And how much did it cost you?

thats a nice gun better than my first attempt but i need suggestions on how to make better guns like what to use as fuel and how to get it to fire without several clicks of my ignitor
