ya i want to use it cause i think it might fill my gun quicker than using a tiny car pump

if you get the proper fittings(tank valve and the like) and a high pressure air supply, there is no reason it wouldnt work just like a portable air tank

lets see, start with a multi port fitting(tee fitting) then in one hole thread in a tank valve(schrader or presta), and in the other, a valve of sorts, and a hose barb, then get some high pressure hose, and some hose clamps, then another hose barb, and a locking foot ball air chuck. assemble and thread that into the empty tank(for safety you may want to include a pressure gauge in there somewhere) then, presto, fill at the schrader, and fill the cannon from the hose

You won't get very many shots out of it, maybe 1 or 2 good shots. (depending on how small the chamber is) Plus, you'll still have to use a bike pump or air compressor to fill it up.
Why not just skip the middle man and just pump up your gun with a pump/compressor?

yea but if i can get a few shots off of it i can use it as a paint ball rocket launcher in a paint ball game

CO2 would be a better option, plus then you can hook it up to all of your guns.
