if he didn't take the underpowered percaution or rasied it just a little it would hurt like hell to jut it straight up the pants,
maybe you should add something to direct bbs outward and not up for effectivness and saftey of future kids posibly flare the pipe by heating it and a pice in the center to deflect upward bbs

i have been thinking about building a new nozzle that would make it spread more but i cant decide on how to do it. i want something that will cover like a 20ft area in bbs, maybe some sort of honey comb barrel set up?

has that happened before? what gun shoots 750 fps? i have been shot with a 500fps gun from about 2ft away and i was actually bleeding

This is very impressive! Could it be possible to control more than one mine with the same cell phone? You could make a network of mines, it would be great.

Except have them hanging from the trees, so it rains bbs on them.

i could link all the mines to go off at the same time but having them go off separately using the same cell phone would require a micro controller (i think im gonna order some in the fall or winter(i build cannons/explosives during summer, electronics/hacking during winter))

im thinking if i put one on a tree some one would notice

ever heard of SMS triggering? you need at least 2 cell phones. modify one of them so that the vibrator thingy completes a circuit between 2 wires, this can be used with your system or to light big fireworks from a safe distance. when you call or txt this modified phone it will complete the circuit and trigger a valve or ignite what ever you need it to. BTW i purposefully made this descritions vague so as to not piss off the government. i like the idea of calling the ATF, but i would reccomend asking for something that could be activated by a cell phone and could be used to set off a mine from a great distance, and that you were looking for some more specific details or schematics.

yea i knew about it but i didn't have two spare cell phones to play with besides then i have to worry about getting signal in th middle of the woods and there is some delay in certain cell phones. i have done it before when funds where more abundant i also made a timed charge by using the alarm on a watch (used the leads that went to the small speaker/buzzer thing and transistor to dump the capacitor of a camera flash into and rather unstable compound) this method has the same "terrorist like" feel without the expense.

If you need the mine to spread out more and make more noise, then tape a balloon to the "barrel" and fill the balloon with the flour/bb mix. the balloon will swell and burst, sending the contents everywhere , rather than straight up, and will cause greater distraction due to noise.

No you need about 24 volts for a sprinkler valve.
