it is half inch copper not pvc. a 3/4 inch cap will fit in one inch pipe correct?

yer so make your piston a bit snugglier with the housing (use electrical tape, duct tape tends to grab), put some washers or a spacer of some kind behind the piston to stop it moving so far back.
chaos, how did you o-ring your piston? i dont think you could put a groove in a washer piston like yours?

haha, yer..... lets not go there, that piston still gives me sh_t from time to time. when i pull it apart next ill disassemble it and show you guys how it works, oh and i wouldnt copy mine caus its really a piece of crap, im making a new one soon so yer ill keep yous updated

yer it uses rubber disks about 8mm thick, it does the exatct same jobs as o-rings do, it was all i really had to work with at the time and i still dont have time to lathe a new one up.
