I use them with 15mm ID barrels with the spring in place and the blow gun not off centered and they work just fine.Picture for reference and from what I have seen personally your better having the blow gun centered.

Oh ok, were does the spring and rod go?

Pull the guide rod out the window or next best place and cut the sping a little shorter to make it fit over the end of the nipple.No mroe guide rod and no off centered blow guns
